Mineraux Lab is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Data Collection

Mineraux Lab only collects data necessary for the app to function.

Account information: Email, username, password (encrypted).
Profile data: Display name, biography, personal preferences.
Usage data: Favorites, search history, created grids.
Technical data: App version, device type (for support).

We never collect your precise location data without your explicit consent.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used exclusively to provide app features, personalize your user experience, improve our services and features, and contact you for technical support.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. However, the app uses rewarded ads (see Advertising section).

3. Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely. All sensitive data is encrypted. Hosting is provided by Supabase with SOC 2 Type II certification. Data access is limited to our technical team. Automatic and secure backups are performed regularly. Data is kept as long as your account is active.

You can request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Mineraux Lab uses artificial intelligence to enhance your experience.

The Lumina assistant is powered by Google Gemini AI for conversations. Your exchanges with Lumina are sent to Google Gemini to generate personalized responses. Only your message content and conversation history are transmitted. No personally identifiable data is shared with the AI. Conversations are stored securely in our database. Google may use this data to improve its models in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Important: by using the Lumina assistant, you agree that your messages will be processed by Google Gemini AI. Avoid sharing sensitive or personal information in your conversations.

5. Rewarded Advertising

Mineraux Lab offers optional rewarded ads to earn Crystals.

Our advertising partner is Google AdMob. Data collected includes the advertising identifier (IDFA/GAID), device type, and ad interaction data. This data is used to display personalized ads and measure performance. You can disable ad personalization in your device settings. Watching ads is entirely voluntary.

Important: by watching an ad, you agree that Google AdMob collects your advertising identifier in accordance with its privacy policy. This data is not shared with Mineraux Lab.

6. Data Sharing

Mineraux Lab only shares your data with the following partners.

Supabase, our database provider, is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Google Gemini AI processes conversations with Lumina (see AI section). Google AdMob handles rewarded ad display (see Advertising section). Payment services process Premium subscriptions with encrypted data. Legal authorities may access data only if required by law.

We never sell your personal data to advertisers or commercial third parties.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights over your data.

Right of access: view all your stored data.
Right of rectification: modify your personal information.
Right to deletion: request deletion of your account and data.
Right to portability: export your data in a readable format.
Right to object: refuse certain data processing.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Mineraux Lab uses limited tracking technologies. Usage data helps improve the user experience. Preferences allow your settings to be remembered. Authentication keeps your session active.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. You can disable usage analytics in the app settings.

9. Minors’ Data

Mineraux Lab respects the protection of minors. The minimum age to create an account is 13 years. Parental consent is required for users under 16. Data collection is minimal for minor accounts. Parental supervision options are available.

Parents can request deletion of their child’s account at any time.

10. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated. You will be informed of important changes. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Previous versions are archived. You can contact us with any questions.

Major changes will require your explicit consent.
